Conditions of Return & Right of Withdrawal

Insofar as the law provides for a right of withdrawal for the benefit of the Customer (consumer/non-professional customer), the latter shall have a right of withdrawal that may be exercised within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days following the date of receipt of the Order. In the event that this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it shall be extended to the next business day.

Eligible Customers who wish to exercise their right of withdrawal must return the Products within the above-mentioned period, at their own expense, in their original packaging, intact, complete, new and unopened, accompanied by the form available here : Withdrawal Form.

Insofar as the Products ordered are goods requiring special precautions for reasons of health protection and hygiene, and in accordance with the provisions of article L.221-28-5° of the French Consumer Code, the Products delivered may not be the subject of a right of withdrawal once the packaging has been unsealed or opened.

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, and after reception of the Products in accordance with the terms of the present article, OLOGRAPHY S.A.S. will reimburse to the Customer, within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days, the totality of the sums paid except for the delivery charges and the expenses of return.
